Grilled Snow Crab with Marie Rose Sause, Garlic Dip and Salsa

INGREDIENTS

Snow Crab leg and claw
Olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic

Marie Rose Sauce
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
A dash Tabasco sauce
A grind of black pepper
A grind of sea salt
Juice ½ lime
Juice ½ lemon
150-200g Mayo

Garlic Dip
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
1 chopped parsley
Chopped dill
Juice of ¼ lime
A grind of black pepper
A grind of sea salt
150 – 200g Mayo

Salsa
½ clove garlic crushed
¼ tsp finely chopped chilli
1 ½ tomato chopped
2 radish chopped
2 tsp tomato paste
1tsp olive oil
2 tsp white wine
Vinegar
Grind of black pepper
Grind of sea salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method

Break the legs and claws
Brush with the oil and place on bbq
Bbq until pink and cooked
Serve with the dips and some fresh crusty bread
